1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji666 platform and all associated services. baji666 (https://baji666.run) is an international online gaming platform operating under a Curacao eGaming license.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and all other countries where baji666 operates. By accessing the platform, creating an account, placing bets, or playing any game, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at baji666, you must meet the following requirements:

• Only one account is allowed per person.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.

KYC Verification

For security purposes, we may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. baji666 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Baji666 supports all major mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits:

• Deposits must be made from your own account.
• Deposits made through third parties or on behalf of someone else are strictly prohibited.

4Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from baji666, the following conditions must be met:

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours.

Baji666 reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal for reasonable cause. Withdrawals may be held during an investigation into suspicious activity.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baji666 offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bets, and cashback. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per user.
• The specified wagering multiplier must be met before a bonus is released.
• Certain games or markets may not count towards wagering requirements during an active bonus.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or other fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and the account will be permanently banned.

6Betting Rules

The following rules always apply when placing bets on baji666:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature is available).
• Live odds are subject to change once a match has started.
• Baji666 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with baji666's own rules.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji666 platform:

• Multiple Account Management — Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Use of Bots or Automation — Automated betting using software, scripts, or any other tool.
• Account Sharing — Allowing anyone else to access or use your account.
• Money Laundering — Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• System Exploitation — Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threats or Harassment — Threatening support staff or other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and law enforcement will be notified if necessary.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Baji666 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Submitting false information during KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months).
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be refunded; however, bonus balances will not be returned.

9Responsible Gaming

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• You may also apply for permanent self-exclusion.

10Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We typically resolve all complaints within 48 to 72 hours.

• Any complaints regarding betting results must be submitted within 72 hours of the match ending.
• Payment-related complaints must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
• All disputes will be resolved under the laws and jurisdiction of Curacao.

baji666's decision shall be considered final Unless directed otherwise by a valid legal order.

11Changes & Amendments to Terms

Baji666 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through platform notifications.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
